Any online reservation implies that the Guest has read and accepted these Terms beforehand, together with the rate conditions applicable to the selected offer.
3. Eligibility
The Guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation in their own name, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Hotel.
The Guest guarantees that the information provided when booking is accurate, in particular their identity, contact details, dates of stay and number of guests.
The Hotel reserves the right to request proof of identity upon arrival.
4. Booking process
The online booking process consists of the following steps:

Before final validation, the Guest can review and correct the information entered.
Validating the reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the specific conditions of the selected rate.
5. Formation and validity of the reservation
A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.
The reservation becomes firm and final when:
- availability has been confirmed by the system or by the Hotel;
- the required information has been correctly provided;
- the rate conditions have been accepted;
- and, where applicable, the requested payment or guarantee has been validated.
A confirmation message including the booking reference, dates of stay, room type, number of guests, amount and main applicable conditions is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Guest.
The Guest is advised to keep this confirmation.
If no confirmation is received, the Guest must contact the Hotel directly before travelling.
6. Room availability
Rooms offered for booking are displayed subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Hotel takes the necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the availability displayed online.
In the event of an exceptional system error or a situation beyond the Hotel’s control making it impossible to provide the booked room, the Hotel undertakes to offer, as far as possible, an equivalent or superior solution.
If no acceptable solution is possible, the sums paid for the reservation concerned will be refunded under the applicable conditions.
7. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
The displayed price specifies, as the case may be, whether taxes, fees and services are included.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the reservation is validated.
Additional services may be charged separately, in particular:
- breakfast;
- food and beverage;
- extra bed;
- transfers;
- parking;
- specific services;
- taxes or fees applicable under current regulations.
The rate conditions specific to each offer are displayed before the reservation is validated.
8. Payment and guarantee
Depending on the selected offer, the reservation may be:
- without prepayment;
- guaranteed by a bank card;
- partially prepaid;
- fully prepaid;
- or subject to any other means of payment accepted by the Hotel.
Current payment conditions: Two payment options: by bank card (Visa / Mastercard) online at the time of booking, through the secure CMI payment platform, for all or part of the amount, with any balance paid at the Hotel at check-in; or in cash at the Hotel at check-in, for the full amount of the stay. An identity document (national ID card or passport) is required on arrival.
When online payment is offered, it is processed through the secure payment provider indicated on the website.
The Hotel does not store full confidential card data when processing is carried out directly by a secure payment provider.
Any prepaid reservation remains subject to the cancellation conditions of the selected rate.

The conditions applicable to the selected rate are displayed to the Guest before the final validation of the reservation.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the specific conditions clearly displayed for a rate, the specific conditions of that rate prevail for the specific elements of the reservation.

Any modification request is subject to the Hotel’s availability and to the conditions of the booked rate.
Modifications may concern in particular:
- the dates of stay;

Non-refundable rates or rates with specific conditions may not be modifiable.
A modification is only effective once confirmed by the Hotel or by the booking system.
11. Cancelling a reservation
The Guest may cancel their reservation under the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
Current cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 2 day(s) before the arrival date, at 12:00 (hotel local time). Any cancellation made after this deadline is charged the first night.
Deadlines are calculated according to the date and time stated in the conditions of the booked rate.
Cancellation requests can be made from the guest account, through the link provided in the confirmation e-mail, or by contacting the Hotel.
A cancellation is only effective once a cancellation confirmation has been received.
12. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is made in accordance with the conditions of the booked rate and the payment method used, where technically possible.
Any amounts already paid are refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.
The time for funds to be credited may depend on the Guest’s bank, the payment provider or the payment method used.
Any fees expressly provided for in the rate conditions may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Where a reservation is expressly marked as non-refundable, no refund is due in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, unless otherwise provided by the offer conditions or applicable law.
